North Salem Youth Basketball strives to teach, motivate, and empower young athletes. Through the coaches, players, and families, our goal is to bring the community together, exemplify sportsmanship, and fuel the passion for the sport of basketball in a fun, safe environment.

Welcome to the 2025-26 NSYBL Season!

Teams in our 2nd grade, 3rd/4th and 5th/6th divisions will play 1x game weekly on Saturdays and practice 1x/week M-F. Practice days will vary and be determined by the coaches once teams are drafted.

Player Evaluation Day for our 3/4 and 5/6 divisions will be on held on Saturday, 11/22/25, times are TBD. The season will kick off practices the week of 12/1 with first games on 12/13.

Our Biddy Ball (Pre K , K, and 1st grade) program run 1x/wk on Saturdays, beginning on 12/13.

All grades will conclude on 3/7.

8:30a-9:30am: 2nd Grade (Coed league)

9:45am-10:45am: 3/4 Boys

11:00am-12:00pm: 3/4 Girls

12:30pm-1:30pm: Kindergarten Biddy Ball

1:45pm-2:45pm: 1st Grade Biddy Ball

MS/HS Saturday Game Schedule

11:00am-12:00pm: Girls 5/6

11:00am-12:00pm: Boys 5/6

12:15pm-1:15pm: Boys 5/6

North Salem Travel basketball!

Athletes who sign up for NSYBL in grades 3rd - 6th are eligible to try out for North Salem travel basketball. Athletes must play in our youth program in order to try out and play travel. Travel teams will compete in the Tri-County league.  More details on try out dates/times and the season schedule to follow.
